Number to English Project

Number to English Converter Project

Write a Python script that requests the user to enter an integer and return the English name of that number.
You should support both positive and negative numbers. Do not use the inflect library.

Tip

Solve this programming challenge breaking down the number into smaller parts (billions, millions, thousands, and hundreds) and handle each part separately. It is a Python conditionals practice project to level up your problem solving skills and your conditional statements knowledge

Expected Output

Enter a number: 10569
## Output
ten thousand, five hundred and sixty-nine
